- All worship team members must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is consistent and growing through prayer, Bible reading, and church fellowship.
- All worship team members must be committed Elevate Church attendees, including regular attendance at in-person Sunday Services. Members must maintain a faithful attendance record.
- Band members should be able to play independently, stay in rhythm, be able to attend rehearsals on Thursday nights, and be able to arrive to church early on Sunday mornings.
- Everyone is required to submit a video link of themselves playing and/or singing a worship song.
